Works by HYA include dry rot eradication and reconstruction to Choir and Robing Room roofs, existing flat lead roof over Bell Chamber replaced with pyramidal slate roof and work to doorways including reconstruction of decayed gothic arch sandstone mouldings with coloured mortars using ‘plastic repair’ techniques.

One of the oldest historic Dublin Churches, founded in the 12th Century. The present Structures date from circa 1725. Works carried out by HYA include structural stabilization of walls and roof structures using a variety of innovative techniques, restoration of sandstone façade and restoration of internal decorative finishes.

The restoration of the roof included removal of existing slates, installation of insulation, breathable membranes, lead work and reinstallation of 60% reused slates and 40% reclaimed slates all to match the original unique pattern. Other works included replacement of the bells support structure, new safe access ladder to the bell and new paving and external works.
